Should I be deleting and removing, or in some way uninstalling all the old drivers and software for the printer first? I tried that with no luck, but is there a particular sequence or order to reinstalling the drivers and new software?

When I try to install Canon's IJ Network Utilities it seems to install OK, without any errors or problems, but it doesn't show up in my applications. I have Final Cut Studio 2, Adobe's Master collection, and Microsoft Office, but that's about it. I just can't figure this out.Īre there other program updates that might be affecting this. I went from scratching my head to beating on the wall. I have tried everything I could find here at Apple, and at Canon's site, and on some independent Mac forum sites. Thanks for all the advice, I really do appreciate everybody's time, but it's the same advice I found on other threads, from other users with the same problem.
